Khalil Capital respects the privacy of visitors to this site and of the clients it serves. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

What this site collects

Information you give us. If you write to us through the inquiry form or subscribe to a publication, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, state of residence and anything you choose to tell us. We ask you not to send account numbers, government identification numbers or documents through this site.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that record page views and a small number of events (such as a form being sent) without identifying individual visitors and without tracking you across other sites. We do not use advertising trackers or set cookies for analytics, so no cookie banner is shown.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry; to send the publications you subscribed to; to understand which pages are read; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to operate the site: hosting and transactional email. Each processes data only on our instructions. At present these are Vercel (hosting) and Resend (transactional email).

Retention

As an investment adviser we are required to keep certain records, including communications with prospective and current clients and each version of our advertising, for the periods prescribed by rule. Subscription records are kept while you remain subscribed; unsubscribing removes you from future mailings.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from any publication by replying to it or by writing to us. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law permits, by writing to diego@khalilcapital.com.

International operation

Khalil Capital is headquartered in Brazil and serves residents of the United States. Information you provide is processed in Brazil and by providers in the United States.

Notice to clients (Regulation S-P)

Clients of Khalil Capital receive a separate privacy notice describing the nonpublic personal information we collect in the course of an advisory relationship, the limited circumstances in which it is shared (for example, with your custodian, your accountant or your attorney at your direction, or as required by law), and the safeguards that protect it.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
