Khalil Capital
Disclosures
Last updated October 2, 2026 · Draft — pending compliance review
Regulatory status
Khalil Capital has applied for registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser. Registration is pending and has not yet become effective. Until registration is effective, Khalil Capital does not describe itself as a registered investment adviser. When it is, this page will be updated and the firm's Form ADV will be published on the Regulatory documents page.
Who we serve
Khalil Capital serves residents of the United States only. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to any person in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful or where Khalil Capital is not authorized to provide advisory services.
Nature of the content
The content of this site, including Essays, The Letter and The Monthly Brief, is general information and commentary for education. It is not individualized investment, tax or legal advice, does not take account of any reader's circumstances, and does not recommend any specific security. Khalil Capital does not provide tax or legal advice; we coordinate with the professionals who do.
No performance
This site presents no actual or hypothetical investment performance. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance of any market, strategy or security is no guarantee of future results.
Fees and conflicts
Khalil Capital is compensated solely by the advisory fee described on the Fees page. We receive no commissions, product payments or referral fees. A fee based on assets under advisement creates an incentive for an adviser to recommend that assets remain under advisement; we address this conflict by disclosing it and by advising on the use of assets, including debt repayment, gifts and spending, when that serves the client.
Referral arrangements
Khalil Capital compensates a third party for introducing prospective clients. That party is not a client of the firm and has a financial incentive to recommend it. Prospective clients introduced through this arrangement receive a separate disclosure at the time of the introduction.
Custody
Khalil Capital does not take custody of client assets. Client assets are held by independent qualified custodians in the client's own name. The firm has no authority to withdraw or transfer client funds, and advisory fees are invoiced to the client rather than deducted from accounts.
Third-party links and data
Figures cited in our publications are drawn from the sources named and as of the dates stated. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or control their content.
