One fee. Stated plainly.
Khalil Capital charges 0.75% per year of assets under advisement, at every level. The minimum relationship is $1 million.
The fee is invoiced directly to you once a year, in advance. We never debit your accounts, and we never hold your assets.
If you end the relationship during the year, the unearned portion of your fee is refunded pro rata by month, within thirty days.

All investment and retirement accounts on which we advise, including accounts held at custodians other than your primary one, valued as of the date of the annual invoice. Your home, business interests and other assets we do not advise on are not included.
A fee based on assets gives any adviser a reason to prefer that assets stay invested.
We tell you when paying down debt, making a gift, or spending the money is the better decision.
Your custodian's charges, fund expenses, and the fees of your accountant and attorney are separate and paid by you directly to them. We receive no part of any of them.
